I am very tired today…Didn’t get to sleep until later than I wanted. I am at least hoping that’s the reason. If my energy levels keep declining lower than they are now each day, I may not be functioning in 44 more days!
As for hunger, I honestly don’t have any. I am incredibly sore from the yoga today and I did have to mow the lawn earlier this morning, but all in all, things aren’t too bad. I am just doing everything in my power to stay busy so that I don’t want to eat. If I stay busy, I am doing fine. Keeping to the schedule of when to drink the beers:
8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, and then 8pm. I drink water in between.
