First off, sorry about no post yesterday. It was a rough day and I never got a chance to write. So, I’ll make up for that with a double post covering both days today.
3/26: What an incredibly rough morning! If you’ve ever heard of “Montezuma’s Revenge,” well, I was definitely suffering from it most of the morning. I don’t know how many calories, if any, there are in Pepto Bismol, but I drank nearly half of a large bottle in the morning. It was needed. Amazingly enough, my stomach hurt all morning long until I got to church. However, as soon as I said my prayer in the pew before Mass, everything was calm and my stomach didn’t hurt the rest of the day!
After church, we took the family to MooYah Burgers for lunch and of course I ate nothing. The rest of the afternoon was doing errands and work around the house. By the evening, I was just too tired.
3/27: I woke up this morning and for the first time in a while, I have ZERO back pain. I haven’t done the Yoga nor the Boot Camp DVD in close to a week, but my wife thinks that’s the key and I was really overworking myself. She’s most likely right. Today was just a lot of errands and then I did hitch my youngest daughter up to my bike with the brand new bike trailer and rode her around the neighborhood. She loved it and I got really tired quickly. I don’t think I’ve ridden my bike for at least 8 years! Then the kids had Faith Formation tonight and after baths, here I am updating.
Well, that should bring you up to speed. If you noticed, today was day 27…So, only 19 more to go! It doesn’t seem like too many anymore since I am down into the teens!
